Enrique Mongelós Pankow
Mentor, Business Consultant & Transformation Facilitator
Enrique Mongelós Pankow is a mentor, business consultant, and facilitator specializing in personal and professional transformation.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Asunción, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Asunción, and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad La Salle Bajío, where he received the Best Graduate Medal and graduated with honors.
Throughout his career, Enrique has guided entrepreneurs, executives, teams, and individuals through processes focused on clarity, discipline, decision-making, and conscious transformation. He has also served as a consultant for leading organizations in Mexico, including NAFIN, Bancomext, Endeavor, Startup México, and Wadhwani, combining business strategy, human development, and practical tools to help individuals and organizations achieve sustainable results.
In addition to his professional work, Enrique is a high-performance amateur indoor rowing athlete who has competed in multiple world championships. His experience in competitive sports has shaped his approach to mentorship by connecting athletic mindset, daily discipline, consistency, and habit-building with personal and professional achievement.
Since 2019, he has developed the Make It Happen Mentorship, a practical approach that integrates purpose, personal responsibility, intentional thinking, conscious habits, and measurable results. His central message is clear: we are not here simply to understand life; we are here to consciously become the driving force behind the results we want to create.
Anahi Rivera

Anahi Rivera is Co-Founder and COO of Humano Tequila and founder of Alianza Importers and Distributors, LLC. She emigrated to the United States at a very young age and, with more than 20 years in the wine and spirits industry, turned experience, determination, and vision into an entrepreneurial career built from the ground up.
She founded Alianza to open the way for foreign brands in the U.S. market and today leads, together with her partner, the growth of Humano Tequila, taking a brand born from Mexican roots to compete and grow in one of the most demanding markets in the world.
Her story represents the spirit of many immigrant entrepreneurs: daring to begin, creating opportunities, and proving that our roots do not limit how far we can go; they propel us forward.

He is currently the founder of FluxSales, a technology platform focused on helping restaurants increase their online sales, strengthen their relationships with customers, and develop their own sales channels.
His career has been characterized by the combination of business, technology, and innovation to develop solutions that generate growth and value for companies.
Angeles Chavez
Executive Director of Grants & Strategic Initiatives
Angeles Chavez brings more than three decades of experience in education, curriculum development, institutional leadership, multilingual programming, grant development, nonprofit capacity building, government collaboration, and international partnerships.
Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of education, workforce development, technology, organizational growth, and community advancement. She has authored more than 34 books and educational resources and has collaborated with educators, schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, public-sector leaders, and community partners to create programs that expand access to knowledge, innovation, and opportunity.
As Executive Director of Grants & Strategic Initiatives at Novara Global Foundation, Angeles leads the development of funding strategies, grant proposals, government and institutional opportunities, strategic partnerships, program concepts, consortium relationships, and long-term sustainability initiatives. Her work supports Novara’s mission to strengthen individuals and communities through education, training, mentorship, scholarships, technology, CRM systems, robotics, and future-ready learning experiences.
Her leadership approach combines strategic vision with disciplined execution, careful documentation, measurable outcomes, responsible stewardship, and cross-sector collaboration. She is committed to transforming innovative ideas into sustainable programs that strengthen organizations, empower communities, and create lasting impact.
